Artisan produced commercial marmalade award entry form
The categories you can enter:
Seville marmalade - made with bitter Seville oranges - with three sub categories you can enter: (1a) Thick cut; (1b) Medium cut; and (1c) Fine cut
marmalade
Any citrus: e.g. Lemon, Lime, Sweet Orange, Blood Orange, Pomelo, Grapefruit, Kumquat, Wild Orange, Tangerine, Clementine etc
Marmalade with Interesting Additions: e.g. Alcohol, Ginger, Bergamot, Basil, Lavender, Citrus Zest, Other fruits, etc.
The Interesting Additions are acceptable in these Awards, however Trading Standards differ around the Country. If you wish to market it after the event as Marmalade contact your local Trading Standards.
