ARTISAN MARMALADE AWARDS
For artisan producers the categories are:
Seville marmalade – made with bitter Seville oranges – with three sub categories you can enter: (1a) Thick cut; (1b) Medium cut; and (1c) Fine cutAny citrus: e.g. Lemon, Lime, Sweet Orange, Blood Orange, Pomelo, Grapefruit, Kumquat, Wild Orange, Tangerine, Clementine etc
Marmalade with interesting additions: e.g. Alcohol, Ginger, Bergamot, Basil, Lavender, Citrus Zest, Other fruits, etc
